Mini Live Edge Shelves – Spalted Burl Alder
These little shelves are made from spalted burl alder with natural live edges. The wood comes from a local tree surgeon, and every shelf is different with its own grain and character. They’re perfect for small plants, small candles or whatever bits you want to have on show.
Most shelves are about 7cm wide, but the length varies. If you’re unsure about size or want to see the exact shelf, drop me a message and I’ll send you the details. The second measurement in the options list is the widest point of the shelf.
Each shelf comes with two small screws so you can put it straight into plasterboard. You can fix them either way up, and depending on the height, you can hide the fixing tabs. Just be aware — they’re only meant for light items. If you load them up with weight, the screws into plasterboard won’t hold, so that’s at your own risk.
